Those who love schiaciata (Italian savory flatbread) know it for sure: the Antico Forno Guasti , a precious jewel hidden inside Florence. Outside the historical centre, this little bakery, run by the family Mocarini for more than thirty years, has a non-stop production of one of the best schiacciate all’olio of the city, as well as of pizza by the slice and bread produced with different types of flours or the typical Florentine biscuits. All products are totally made by hand.
