Il re gelato

Sicilian in origin, Antonio “Toni” Cafarelli opened the doors of his gelateria in the heart of Florence’s city centre in 2006. His secret for a gelato to remember? The use of only the highest quality ingredients: milk, cream and sugar. Of special note is his extra virgin olive oil flavoured gelato as well as the Greek yoghurt ice cream with honey, walnuts and cinnamon, and the Modica chocolate flavour with tones of rum, cinnamon and chilli pepper.
