We are in Florence, a stone's throw from Palazzo Pitti, where the Pitti Gola and Cantina Enoteca is located, owned by this Osteria that Emanuele Canonico and chef Simone Cipriani managed to make fly up high. Here the menu is dotted with real culinary symbols of tradition. A mouth watering steak is definitely one of the strongest dishes. Simple but not obvious dishes, excellent in the choice of raw materials and an accurate selection of wines.
