The tavern bears the name and attention to traditional cuisine, but is actually an elegant restaurant within ancient walls, located next to the Badia di Passignano, founded in the eleventh century. The ancient vaulted cellars of the abbey house about 2,000 barriques where the Badia a Passignano Chianti Classico Gran Selezione is refined. One Michelin star.
