Alberto, the current owner, created Zeb with a new concept of gastronomy in 2008 from what was once an old deli. The counter in the middle of the store is the master of this orchestra of taste, where on one side one can eat and on the other buy. Buy what, you might ask? Soup, boiled meats, and other tasty dishes prepared by the hands of Mamma Giuseppina. The delicatessen offers a selection of wines, artisan beers, pasta, marmalades and honey, biscuits and chocolate, balsamic vinegar and olive oil, and finally cured meats and cheeses.
