Ristorante Lorenzo
Via Giosuè Carducci, 61
ph. +39 0584 874030 – +39 0584 89671

There are places that become legends. One of these is the Lorenzo starred restaurant in Forte dei Marmi. For almost 40 years it has been an institution for those who love good cuisine, with fish as the workhorse, but not only, because owner Lorenzo Viani does not compromise on one thing: everything must be fresh and the protagonist of the dish. For many years the kitchen has been headed by Chef Gioacchino Pontrelli, who transforms the raw material with care and passion, without betraying its nature and enhancing its taste. In the two wine lists, one dedicated to domestic and the other to foreign production, you can find more renowned names and more niche labels. Each bottle is then narrated with Lorenzo and his daughter Chiara's passion for the world of wine, and is the ideal complement and accompaniment to the refined proposals of the kitchen.

Bagno Alpemare

Thanks to the Bocelli family, who have completely renovated it and transformed it into an elegant oasis for their customers, Bagno Alpemare is one of Versilia's culinary treasures. The restaurant is directed by chef Mirko Caldino, who favours the choice of colours that are carefully combined in the dishes. The cuisine is genuine, spontaneous, traditional, simple but not predictable, made up of refined details and rich in creativity. Accompanying this journey into the guests' taste buds is an expert sommelier able to advise on the ideal pairing of wines and food on offer.

Filippo Forte dei Marmi

Filippo Di Bartola has brought the historic Pietrasanta restaurant to Forte dei Marmi together with Andrea, in the kitchen, and Lara, at the wood-burning oven, because pizzas have been an element of novelty in the kitchen from the start, in addition to the more traditional fish dishes. A young and sprightly dining room is the setting for a Forte dei Marmi-style trattoria freely interpreted by Filippo.
