Managed for 40 years by Mr. Tabarani and Mr. Di Giovanni, its winning formula is based on friendly family management. At the helm, Chef Sauro Antonioli, with a three-starred background, has revolutionized the cuisine by creating international dishes, but always original, simple and light. The wine list includes a vast selection of local and national labels and champagnes of the best brands. Surrounded by the intense green of the Mediterranean scrub, a splendid veranda cools even the hottest summer days and overlooks the long elegant beach, designed by the profiles of the tents and the horizon of the sea. The Gilda Restaurant offers 150 places in the internal rooms and 140 places outside on the beach. Bagno Marechiaro is a bathing establishment loved by personalities such as Eugenio Montale and Thomas Mann and was also chosen as the set by the Vanzina brothers for Sapore di mare, a cult Italian vacation film starring Jerry Calà, who in turn became a Forte dei Marmi symbol. For the restaurant, a collaboration in grand style: the one with Cristiano Tomei, chef of the famous restaurant L'Imbuto in Lucca and beloved television personality, thanks to cooking programs such as Cuochi d'Italia. The restaurant will have 90 seats (including the outdoor area and tables behind the cabins) and will start with a typical cuisine based on Forte dei Marmi specialties. A menu that focuses on fish dishes with the catch of the day followed by Gianni Del Medico of Bagno Carducci, but also some meat, pizza, focaccine fortemarmine, tordelli, risotto and bomboloni.
