There are places that become legends. One of these is the Lorenzo starred restaurant in Forte dei Marmi. For almost 40 years it has been an institution for those who love good cuisine, with fish as the workhorse, but not only, because owner Lorenzo Viani does not compromise on one thing: everything must be fresh and the protagonist of the dish. For many years the kitchen has been headed by Chef Gioacchino Pontrelli, who transforms the raw material with care and passion, without betraying its nature and enhancing its taste. In the two wine lists, one dedicated to domestic and the other to foreign production, you can find more renowned names and more niche labels. Pesce Baracca is a place with three souls: not only a fishmonger and street food but also a restaurant a few steps from the beautiful beaches of Forte dei Marmi.
