In the Chianti Classico area of Siena, in one of the most unspoilt wine-growing areas in Tuscany, we find Castello di Alma, one of the historic estates of Gaiole in Chianti, which thanks to its owners, Lorenza and Marco Pallanti, has also become an extraordinary forge of contemporary art. Here we also find the Ristoro di Ama, which offers recipes with ancient flavours prepared properly by Giovanni Bonavita.
