Pistocchi

Two siblings, Claudio and Claudia Pistocchi, have been working together in their Florentine workshop for almost 30 years. This year there are many eggs produced with innovative designs: from the elegant striped egg and the leaf egg to more complex creations such as the half-egg with pistachio and bunny. Not to be missed are the eggs decorated with almonds and other dried fruits. Despite the new moulds used to make Easter eggs, the recipe remains linked to tradition. Also not to be missed are Sicilian pistachios covered with white chocolate, sweet orange and salt. Not to be missed is the white chocolate cake with apricot and cognac, which won a World Gold in 2018.
